  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
